Decree of Michał Kazimierz Radziwiłł regarding Pinchas Abramowicz, the marshal of the Ruthenian land

Michał Kazimierz Radziwiłł condemns Pinchas Abramowicz to the penalty of flogging 200 for breaking the conditions of privilege for the office of the marshal and the fine of 200 zlotys for forcing the return of money spent on consensus from the land. After the execution of the sentence, however, he is to be restored to the office. His messenger Abramko was sentenced to work in chains in the castle of Zhovkva until November 11, 1754, and Litman, for allegedly forging Pinchas’s signature on the plenipotence, to three years of work in chains in the castle of Zhovkva.
